Refund Eligibility

MagaRecap only provides refunds under the following conditions:

  • Service unavailability or technical issues preventing usage

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact me directly via hoangthanh@magarecap.com or other contacts
  2. Provide account information and evidence of technical issues
  3. Allow processing within 2-3 days

No Refund Policy

Apart from the special cases mentioned above, we do not accept refunds after payment has been made, including cases such as:

  • Change of mind or no longer needing the software
  • Finding an alternative solution
  • Any other reason not related to technical issues preventing usage
