Refund Policy

MagaRecap is committed to providing the best service experience for customers. This refund policy applies to all payment methods.

Subscription Plans (PayPal)

  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your PayPal account or by contacting support
  • No refunds for partial billing periods - service remains active until the end of current billing cycle
  • Refunds are only processed for severe technical issues preventing service use within the current billing period if the issue cannot be resolved
  • Refund if you were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same billing period
  • PayPal subscription management allows you to cancel, pause, or modify your subscription directly
  • For PayPal subscriptions: You are protected by PayPal's subscription policies and buyer protection

One-Time Payments (Vietnamese Bank Transfer)

  • After the 3-day trial period, payments are generally non-refundable
  • Refunds are only processed for severe technical issues preventing service use within 7 days of payment if the issue cannot be resolved
  • Refund if you were charged incorrectly or multiple times
  • Bank transfer refunds will be processed back to your original bank account within 3-5 business days after approval
  • You must provide accurate bank account information for refund processing

Credits

  • Purchased or received Credits are NOT refundable under any circumstances
  • Credits do not expire but cannot be transferred to another account
  • Unused credits cannot be converted back to cash
  • Credits will be lost if an account is terminated for any reason

Refund Process

  1. Contact support@magarecap.com with your subscription ID (for PayPal subscriptions) or transaction ID (for bank transfers)
  2. Provide the reason for your refund request and necessary evidence
  3. You will receive a response within 5 business days
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed through your original payment method

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Changes in personal circumstances or financial situation
  • Dissatisfaction with the service after using it during the billing period
  • Service works as intended but doesn't meet subjective expectations
  • User has violated the Terms of Service or engaged in abusive behavior
  • All Credit purchases
  • Partial billing periods for canceled subscriptions
